Our Grand Launching of Keno At Our Tiny Lotto Outlet!!!

Welcome to our small Lotto Outlet. Enjoy. Have Fun.
Last November 16, 2012, a Friday and Payday, we officially had the Grand Launching of Keno Quick Lotto Games at our small Lotto Outlet.

The PCSO approved our Keno application sometime in the first week of September, 2012 & from that time, it was a hectic weeks leading to the above Grand Launch date.

Instrumental in our successful launching of Keno are (in no particular order, ahem just like the Ms Universe Pageant, as they say):  Ms Princess Chan, Chairman & Mr. Tony Reyes, President as well as Mr. Jeremy Go, Marketing of Total Gaming Technologies Inc, Keno Phil franchise owner, Ms. Gina Abo-Hamda, VP-Sales & Ms. Grace Gatdula, VP-Marketing of Pacific Online Systems Corp., Mr. Kamyl Valencia, POSC Marketing who had to do a lot of legwork between PCSO, POSC & our lotto outlet just to see it through & Ms Cham Orbe, also of Pacific Online who was a Fantastic Emcee during our Grand Launch & you could also call her Ms Happy Electricity as she had so much ENERGY during the 2-3 hours that she was at our Grand Launching.

Next, and to our pleasant surprise, was the presence too of Mr. Romar Isidro, Operations Manager & Mr. Erwin Arar, Sales supervisor of Lucky Seven Inc., Pacific Online's distributor of Scratch it Game cards for Northern GMA.  Our Scratch it business is totally reliant on the able support of Lucky Seven Inc.

Lastly, I have to thank Scratchee, the Scratch It Instant Game mascot that made a BIG DIFFERENCE in our Grand Launching as he created a very FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE notwithstanding the fact that my lotto outlet is in a dead-end portion of the Mall.

It is now time for Scratchee to wave GOOD BYE TO A SUCCESFUL GRAND LAUNCHING OF KENO AT MY LOTTO OUTLET.

By the way, I am conducting a One-on-One Consultation on How to Setup and Operate Your Own Lotto Outlet. Topics include How to Evaluate a Site for Lotto, The Proper Way to Apply with the PCSO, Actual Operations, How to Prevent Fraud, How to Compete Against Other Lotto Outlets and many more. Please allot at least 2 hours for each session. My fee is only P2,000 per person (Group discount available). Just text me your full name and "Lotto Setup" to 0922-8831225 for details.

Acquiring a Lotto outlet is a lot cheaper than purchasing a Franchise from Zagu (P320,000) or Siomai House (P250,000) and it is simple to operate.

Latest news: PCSO has lowered the Cash Bond requirement and an individual is now allowed to own 3 lotto outlets.

Finally, An Improved Look For Our Lotto Outlet

Last November 10, 2012, Ellite Ads Corp thru Ms Analyn Cruz installed the New Sticker Design panels on our Lotto Outlet.

Rather than have the traditional "Lotto Play Here", I asked the talented Mac Ceniza, POSC Graphic Artist, to design a new signage that will not only embody our 3 products Lotto, Scratch It Instant Game Cards & soon-to-be Keno but also to be PLAYFUL & FUN and wonder of wonders, Mac DID IT!!!!

I do hope that our New Look with help carry our small Lotto business into the coming years.
This is the OLD LOOK of our Happy Win Lotto kiosk.  Very traditional .

First Step is to cut-out the Sticker on Sintra board to fit the door panels (the hardest part)
Since My Sticker has a continuous design, the installers had to make sure it not only fits but the design is aligned between sticker board panels.
The back part of my Lotto kiosk is very cramped but the installers managed somehow.
Next step is to apply the double-adhesive tape so that the Sticker board will not shift during installation
The installers also drilled tap screws to fully-secure the sticker board panels
The installers peeled the protective paper backing from the Acylic sheet that will protect the Sticker board from fading and VANDALISM.
Our special Sticker Board design awaiting its FINAL DESTINATION

It takes 3 installers to ensure that the Sticker board is perfectly aligned before applying pressure on the double-adhesive tape backings.
Despite the on-going installation works, we continued to sell lotto tickets.  OF COURSE!!!!
A Lotto customer admiring the work of the installers
My pretty lotto operators also got into the Spirit of the Renovation by fixing our various signages

Finally, our Refurbishment is done. This is the first time in 4 years before we decided that our Lotto outlet needed a NEW LOOK:

Left side displaying the Lotto Results so important for our Lotto customers
Front displaying the official PCSO New Logo
Left side again with the new Keno Prize Matrix on display
The right side showing on the glass barrier the various winning Scratch it & KasCash Game cards (highest is P50,000 won by my lotto customer)
Right side and front view.  Our personalized Sticker design looks PLAYFUL AND FUN, exactly how I like it!
Front view showing the Special fourescent warm lights at the bottom edge of our Lotto Kiosk.

The backview of our New Look Lotto Outlet.

Special Thanks to Ms. Gina Abo-hamda, Grace Gatdula  & Mr Jay Jamias of Pacific Online Systems and to Ms. Fiona and Mr. Romar Isidro of Lucky Seven Inc.

THANK YOU FOR TAKING A TOUR OF OUR LITTLE LOTTO KIOSK.  SEE YOU.

Kapag-Lotto Business Mu, Walang Bakasyon!!! (If Your Business Is Lotto, There Is No Vacation!!)

(courtesy of waraynon.blogspot.com)
It is November 1 when traditionally everybody is visiting their dear departed in the country's cemeteries.

In the case of our Lotto Team of 3, we are all in the lotto outlet.

Since the PCSO started holding draws on November 1 (or All Saint's Day) and November 2 (All Soul's Day) about 3 years ago, we have always remained open to serve our Suki patrons who demand that they bet every betting day lest their Lotto numbers come out.

(courtesy of brownbugz.blogspot.com)
Traffic is poor (almost 50% less than normal days) but we still come in.

I used to remember 2 years ago wherein a lotto patron went to our lotto outlet on November 2 and was surprised to see that we posted the results of the November 1 draw.  He was furious that he did not bet and he was blaming us for not telling him earlier that there was a draw on November 1!!!

Another bettor came to my lotto outlet and I happened to be the lotto operator on duty. I asked him "Why he was not at the cemetery?" and to which  he replied

" The  Dead is not going anywhere but if I forget to place my bet and my numbers come out, I will not forgive myself!"

And, after he placed his bet with me, he then said " Now I can go to the cemetery."

Tales of My Lotto Customer: Meet Mr. R

Yesterday, I was seated in my usual chair at the coffee shop  listening to a lady, an ex-banker for 27 years, convincing me to join her company as a Sales Trainee selling Cookware that cost a huge P135,000 for a set of 7-pieces.  Ang Mahal (Expensive even if it has 9-ply and made of surgical steel!!!)

Along comes Mr. R, my lotto customer, who sat at the table across mine.

Mr. R moves his own wheelchair going to my lotto outlet(image courtesy of ad.cet.au)
After the lady had left, I approached Mr. R and we talked about the many funny or odd ways people place their lotto bets.

Mr.  R is unlike all my other customers as he is on a wheelchair which he operates himself (nobody to do the pushing for him).  Mr. R told me he just came from my lotto outlet and that he was pleasantly surprised.

Why surprise? It seems he had in his clutch bag several lotto tickets that he has not yet checked the results of.  He wheeled himself to my lotto operator & gave his lotto tickets to my operator to be validated.  And lo and behold, my operator told him HE HAD WON 4 NUMBERS ON THE 6/55 GAME.  THIS MEANS HE WON p2,000.00!  HE WAS SO HAPPY.

My Lotto kiosk.
He then told me he just bets whatever he can spare for the day.  If he does not win, it goes to Charity anyway.
